Résumé de l'évaluation
Communicates clearly, delivers punctually
Sarena consistently communicated clearly, was very accommodating, and handled on-time delivery, setup, and pickup, offering clear instructions.
Well-stocked and comfortable space
The trailer is well-stocked with supplies, comfortable for families, clean, and accurately listed, but one review noted maintenance issues.

4.0Serena was great at communication and it was delivered to our location on-time. Unfortunately there were some maintenance issues that need to be fixed, but overall was great. Trailer is stocked with most everything you would need.

5.0Sarena was a wonderful host! She communicated very clearly before, during, and at the end of the trip. The trailer was exactly as listed. Delivery and setup was on time and great. Was super comfortable for our family and made for a very enjoyable camping trip. I highly recommend and we will rent it again next time hopefully!
