Shawn is one of the coolest dudes we have ever met. If your experience is like ours, you couldn’t hope for more. Nothing like renting and having to figure out all of the ins and outs of operating an RV is ever going to be 100% perfect. If you go into it thinking that way you’ll be disappointed. Shawn was very understanding of the few minor issues we had and worked with us throughout the process. We would definitely rent his awesome RV again!
