2019 Heartland Sundance
2019 Sundance XLT 189MB Travel Trailer, new, shiny, and fresh - a perfect couples getaway RV, or family with 1-2 young children. Sleeps 2-4, single slide (dinette area), love seat, queen-size Murphy bed with high-quality foam mattress, dinette converts to bed, 6 cu. ft. gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, stove/oven, 32" TV, DVD player, rear bath with shower, power awning. Purchased new in September 2018. We immediately replaced the queen mattress that came from the factory with a high-end foam mattress for greater comfort. We provide bed linens and comforters, pillows, toaster, coffee maker, dish drainer rack.
Unit weighs approximately 4,500 pounds (dry/empty weight), so it is easily towed by a half-ton pickup or full-sized SUV with a towing capacity of at least 6,000 lbs. Tow vehicle must be equipped with an electric trailer brake controller.
To reduce your preparation planning and make your adventure as comfortable and convenient as possible, the following optional rental packages are also available:
* Kitchen Convenience Package - includes Corelle glass plates, bowls, and coffee mugs, plastic tumblers and wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans, Pyrex dishes, kitchen knives, cutting board, salad/pasta drainer, food storage containers, common kitchen utensils, kitchen towels
* Propane grill/grill tools
* Folding Chair & Table Package (2 each)
* Necessities Package that includes paper plates, bowls, plastic cups, napkins, salt/pepper shakers, paper towels (4 rolls), tissues, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, dishwashing sponge, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, toilet chemical
* Generator - 2,000 watt (not sufficient for A/C)
A mandatory cleaning fee of $75 is applied to all rentals
