Unwind beneath the expansive awning. Please note that there is no table within the interior; however, we have opted for additional seating, and the table can be located underneath the master bed! Yes, that's right, you have the flexibility to move it as per your convenience (please keep the table inside the trailer, also it is not to be cooked on).
- For longer stays at campsites, we provide a convenient detachable black tank, eliminating the need to re-hitch the trailer solely for the purpose of emptying the black and gray water tanks.
- Please make sure you looking at the delivery times and pick up times, as I work out of town delivery and pick up does not happen until evening. -No smoking is ever allowed
-Please remove all trash, wash and put away used dishes, remove all perishables from refrigerator, wipe down counters, table tops, sweep, knock out rugs and pile dirty linens

-Waste tanks must be emptied (for renters without deliver option). A dumping and cleaning fee can be assessed if this is not completed.

5Nice, clean, spacious trailer! We had a wonderful stay! Jordan was very attentive and trailer was fully stocked with everything we may have needed for our stay!

5Very nice RV! Plenty of room to sleep. Loved that the shower was big too, most are so small. The whole process was easy peasy. Would definitely recommend the Marcum’s.
