There is a full Queen bed, tri-fold sleeper couch, comfortable leather captain's chairs and formal dining table with chairs. Be sure to view the photos and virtual tour to truly appreciate what this unit has to offer.Free delivery for 3+ night reservations to the following Kernville Campgrounds: Rivernook, KRS Camp James, and Frandy. $50 delivery to Mountain & River Adventures. If you would like delivery to an out-of-area location, please contact us to discuss pricing, or include this info in your quote/reservation request. We are unable to deliver to any Forestry Campgrounds.All units come with a 9x12 outdoor area mat. Our family lives right here in the Valley, and after years of contemplating renting trailers full time, WE Took THE Leap! Due to housing needs caused by the fires that ravaged California, we knew it was time. Our small fleet was able to assist with the fire relief efforts in Northern California, and we were excited to bring them home to the Kern River Valley. Our fleet has grown significantly since then, becoming the largest, most modern in the area. Whether you're visiting for a family camping trip, white water rafting, or partaking in the numerous adventures available to the outdoor enthusiast, let us take the hassle out of your trip. We deliver and set up to Kernville and surrounding campgrounds and want to make your vacation the best possible. We take great pride in everything our little mountain community has to offer and know that you will too!

You're all set! Get ready to enjoy your vacation to the fullest; however, there are a few ground rules you'll need to be aware of before getting to all the fun:
Please keep in mind that you are renting a piece of equipment, and you must know how to properly operate it to enjoy your vacation. We have detailed walk-through videos for each campsite type available on our website, so be sure to watch the appropriate one for your trip prior to your arrival. Once here, please utilize the FAQ page on our website to troubleshoot issues before calling our office. For emergencies we are available 24 hours a day by hitting Option 4 when calling. Be sure to turn off water at the hose spigot outside or turn off the propane tank on the front of the trailer to stop emergency leaks prior to calling!

We had a great time and will be returning soon. We did find some things that we fill you would want to know. The awning when retracting made a lot of noise as if it needed lubrication, The front door to the camper if not locked from the inside can be forced open. The mattress cover was torn, the fan in the bathroom wasn't working. Thanks for the memorable week.

The website was easy to navigate, the selection of rentals is huge with so much availability during a peak camping season. Check in was easy as the trailer was already set up and cooled down by the time we arrived. Communication with the staff was great throughout the whole process up until the day of. Highly highly recommend camping on the Kern, A++ will definitely book with them again in the near future.
