4.0David was a good communicator before trip and during pickup time. The only issue was dry camping and battery charge going out after a few hours. WE scrimped by, hooking up trailer connection to truck so we could even get the slide in. I guess I would have expected info from Dave about batteries as he was told of our plans before we left that we planned to dry camp 2 of the 4 nights! Pictures are misleading, or a minimum, not current. Supposed to be 2 recliners and when we picked up trailer we were told they had been replaced by small sofa. The trailer was comfortable, easy to pull, etc. I wouldn't say it was fully stocked; no coffee cups or a broom for example.

5.0This was a great trailer for our family and David went beyond to ensure we had an awesome trip. He helped with changing the pickup time so we could get set up before dark and start creating our family memories!
