This brand new 2021 Grand Design 315Rlts is a bumper-pull travel trailer with three slides, an open floor plan, and designer décor. It is 37’ 11” of camping fun so message us to make sure that your tow vehicle is up to the task of towing this 10,000 lb. camper. We recommend either a 3/4ton pickup or a properly equipped 1/2-ton pickup.No Truck? No Problem! If you want to take it to the Next Level of Gold Star Luxury…we offer delivery with full set up and take down so all you have to do is show up with your clothes, food, have fun and start making memories.This camper features an island kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need including dishes (paper and Corelle), wine glasses, coffee cups, mixing bowls with measuring cups/spoons, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, knives, Keurig coffee maker (coffee Kcups, Swiss Miss Kcups, assorted teas, creamers, sweeteners), “necessary” spices, cutting boards, cookie sheets, etc.Oh…and S’mores! We’ve included supplies to make S’mores!The residential refrigerator and large pantry have plenty of room for all your favorite foods – cold, frozen, or shelf-stable.Sleeping – This camper sleeps 4 with a queen-size bed and pull-out sofa bed. If a part is damaged or missing you may be responsible for the entire replacement value as individual parts are not often available.Cleaning: Fresh sponge with each rental, Mrs. Meyer’s hand soap and dish soap, broom/dustpan, OdoBan Sanitizing Cleaner. OdoBan was tested to determine the virucidal efficacy of OdoBan against Human Coronavirus, strain 229E ATCC VR-740 at a contact time of 60 seconds at room temperature. OdoBan is included on EPA’s List N: Disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2. The current COVID-19 pandemic is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.Training: When you pick up the RV, we will complete the pre-rental orientation of the camper that will take about 30-90 minutes, depending on any prior experience you have with towing an RV and camping. There is to be nothing other than sink or shower water put into the gray water holding tank. Any type of food particles put into the gray tank may cause a clog that will require extensive repair. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Picking up or dropping off times can be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
Q.What is the recommended electric hookup?
R.
This is a 50 amp travel trailer. This will allow the use of both air conditioners at the same time. It will run on a 30 amp service, but can only run one air conditioner at a time. The 50/30 amp adapter will be included.
Q.What about fresh water?
R.
We will provide an inline charcoal water filter, pressure regulator, and all hoses and fittings to connect to the campground water source.
Q.Are you pet friendly?
R.
We love our fur babies and we're sure that you love yours, too, and want them with your family while on your camping adventure. That said, damages caused by your normally well-behaved pet will be deducted from your security deposit.
