Very clean and organized bunkhouse perfect for you and your family’s next camping trip!2 a/c units to help beat the heat. One in the family room and one just for the primary bedroom to make sure you stay extra cool at night.The camper has 50 amp service, electric stabilizer jacks and electric tongue jack for easy installation and removal from tow vehicle. Also included is levelling blocks, wheel chocks and magnetic levels.There are dining utensils/dinnerware for 6 included and basic cooking/kitchen utensils provided. Please reach out for full kitchen inventory. Large pantry so that you can load up on what you need and a 10.7 cu ft fridge/freezer.Bathroom has 4 adult shower towels, 4 shower rags, 4 beach towels, toilet paper and limited shampoo, conditioner and body wash per trip.Primary bedroom includes a fully made queen size bed with a memory foam mattress topper and pillows with all the linens.2 full size bunks that are fully made with linens and pillows included.2 entries, one into the main living space and the other directly into the full size bathroom.Entertainment system with two zones. One zone is in the family room, and one is on the outside under the big 20’ power awning with led lighting. There are 2 foldable lounge chairs included in the rental.Smart tv in living room.We are typically flexible on pickup and drop off times upon request. During the week we will do our best to be available for your needs on pickup but due to work schedules it might be changed from posted times. Please reach out about pick up days to make sure we can handle your needs properly.Please ensure that your vehicle and receiver hitch are rated for the weight of this RV. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Monday through Thursday I will have to move pickup times to after 330 pm. This is due to my job in Houston that takes time for me to get to the pickup spot after work. Friday through Sunday I am very flexible on pickup and drop off times and can accommodate most times needed.
