To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow these basic rules during your rental: --- General Use - Renters must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license - No smoking or vaping inside the camper - No climbing on the roof - Do not exceed the RV’s occupancy or weight limits --- Cleanliness - Return the camper in the same condition it was received - All trash must be removed - Dishes must be cleaned and put away - Wipe down surfaces before return --- Tanks & Waste - Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return (unless pre-arranged for an additional $50 empty fee) - Only RV-safe toilet paper should be used - Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels --- Safety - No open flames inside the camper - Never leave cooking unattended - Turn off propane when not in use or while traveling - Report any issues or damages immediately --- Pets - Pets allowed only with prior approval - Clean up after pets and prevent damage Return Policy - Propane and fuel must be at agreed levels - Report any damages honestly—accidents happen! --- Fees - Additional charges may apply for: - Excessive cleaning - Tank dumping (if not completed) - Damage or missing items - Late returns --- Most importantly: Have fun, be safe, and treat the camper like your own!
