Cleaning fee required for all rentals (no need to wash sheets or deep clean prior to returning)Autres points à signalerAfter every rental unit is professionally cleaned by a cleaning crew and sanitized. All linens are washed. Mandatory $150 cleaning fee applies to all rentals. Excess wear and tear shall require an additional cleaning fee. Extended stays shall require an additional cleaning fee. No pets allowed without prior approval. Pets staying inside unit shall require an additional cleaning fee. All additional cleaning fees are determined by owner and discussed with renter.
