Imagine the highest quality in the 1980’s updated and outfitted with all new technology. Real wood cabinetry with a retro beach style with amazing entertainment areas with new large TVs, retro game systems, and old school board games. The worlds smallest bath tubs and unlike many rentals it comes outfitted and ready to go on an adventure or just chill at a tailgate for a local game. The RV will have standard use package included in rental ( sheets, blankets, towels, silverware and dishes for @6 guests, pots and pans, soap, basic spices, salt pepper, cups, hot plate, microwave, tanks full of water, and generator included for limited basis of normal usage per day. Game systems are included, DVD player, and TVs included. A premium package is available upon needs. We have furniture and many outdoor toys and camping gear available for rent. Grilling is an option too but no gas for fridge or stove available for safety reasons unless negotiated prior.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

Flexible, However this RV is for a onsite booking only currently at the address location. It includes pool access and is a great 1st experience of RVing. It includes power hookup and breakfast, pool access, and only 15-20 minutes to beaches. Its suggested as a weekend only rental because on site, however we are flexible. There is no driving this unit, its only on site currently at 12693 Beaubien Road Jacksonville, Florida 32258.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

R.

Yes since there is only on site rental, you only need to show up! Its a great 1st time experience or for campers who don't want all the hassle. We are dog friendly as long as your dog is friendly, children are welcome, beware we have lots of toys, a pool, and a pirate ship.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

All the necessities are included, no work really required. If you care to you can bring your own linen and sheets but they will be provided as well along with towels for the pool and included simple breakfast: no requests. It is a on site rental only, no driving.

What area are you located and is there activities near by since your an on site rental only?

R.

We are conveniently located in South Jacksonville, in Mandarin at Bartram Park. Its right off Highway 95 and the new hospital. We are 2 miles off the hospital in a beautiful neighborhood of trees and have a pool onsite that is deep and always refreshing. We have a sandbox pirate ship for the children, tree swing, and tons of toys. We are child friendly but also great for a couple weekend getaway. We are also dog friendly as long as your dog is friendly and ok with dogs, we have a Lab (Rylee)
