It is also not covered by the insurance policy. We also do not allow the van to go into any dirt roads. Thank you for your understanding!

Drives easily, handles well, and fits on streets and parking lots. Achieves great gas mileage (~20 mpg) with optional manual gear for steep roads. The van is clean, fully equipped, and includes a bike rack. Pop-top, spacious fridge/freezer, stove, AC, and stocked kitchen make it comfortable.

5.0She’s a beauty. Drives easily, great gas mileage, plus hosts were responsive and helpful for last minute questions. Bonus that it came with a bike rack for 2 which I didn’t notice. Slept 1 adult and 2 pre-teens. The fridge with freezer was spacious, galley was a little tight for more than one but manageable, propane stove with two burners, and heat for night time chill. I forgot to ask, but privacy screens for front and back windows would be great to have. I would totally rent again.

5.0It was me and my family’s first time camping and renting from Outdoorsy. We’re so happy we rented with Ecenur. She’s so responsive and reassuring throughout the whole process. The van is very clean and spacious. I highly recommend renting from her!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We can usually work around your schedule, as long as there is communication ahead of time. The flexibility in pick up and drop off will depend on if the RV is booked for a trip or not. As long as there is availability and we are able to come at that time it is not an issue. Both my husband and I work full-time jobs, if we can communicate between those hours that would be best. So early morning or the evening hours on weekdays would be ideal.

What can we not use in the RV?
R.
The only thing we do not allow our guests to use anymore is the A.C. And the microwave as they are used with an inverter which has minimal AMP battery usage and drains the entire car when used incorrectly. This will cause everything to reroute and cut off the power in the RV until fully charged. We do not want this to happen when you are on a trip by yourself. There is a high powered fan in the RV that can be charged with the plug-ins and will be enough to keep everything cool.

What are the cleaning requirements for the RV?
R.
We do not expect you to dump the bathroom out yourself or drain the grey water upon return unless you have been on a trip for a long time and it is full. Dumping this out (both the grey water and the bathroom) is required if it is completely full during your trip. This is to avoid smell. We shouldn’t expect to find any unwashed dishes that have been used or unusual things such as bugs, dirt, throw up, etc. It should be left in the condition it was brought in. Thank you for your understanding.

Are we allowed to drive in the snow or on dirt roads?
R.
No. This car is not meant to drive in the snow or on dirt roads. Going off road or on dirt roads could potentially overheat the vehicle and burn the motor. Any mechanical or electrical issues that happen on your trip will not be covered by your insurance policy and will be taken out of your deposit if damaged due to the terrain you were driving in, or the negligence of the driver. If anything stops working or shuts off do NOT press any buttons or touch anything until we are contacted.
