The RV is clean, in good condition, and climate controlled. It features a comfortable bed with under-bed storage, a pull-out couch, a good-sized toilet, an outdoor grill, and refrigeration. It is well-equipped for trips.

5.0Had a great experience with the camper rental over a long weekend. Communication with Jerry very timely and clear. We experienced varied weather conditions with the camper being comfortably climate controlled the entire time. The bed amazingly comfortable for a sound night of sleep. The bed is very high for under bed storage. We really enjoyed the outdoor grill and refrigeration for a wonderful outdoor experience. Thank you Jerry.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

All rentals are slotted for pickup/delivery based on who booked first (we have multiple campers). This may mean that you may not be able to get delivered at exactly 2pm or picked up exactly at 11am but we will try our hardest. We do ask that once the time has been set for pickup (when delivered) you stick to it so that we can pick up the camper in a timely fassion.

What time will you pickup the camper (when delivered)

This will depend on a few different things. Camp-ground checkout time, We don't want you to have to pay for another day on the campsite because the camper is there past checkout time. Other deliveries/pickups. Since we run multiple campers we need to work with everyones schedule on a first come first servce basis, this may mean your rental may need to be picked up a little earlier in the day to allow us to get to our other pickups on time. We will always work with you whenever possible.

What extra charges may I encure from my security deposit.

All of these charges are completely avoidable. 1. Damages - If you damage something in/on the rig you will be billed replacement/repair costs. 2. Bodily Fluids - Any bodily fluids within the camper $150 3. Stained fabric items (ie sheets/mattress) - Replacement cost 4. Dumping of waste tanks $50 5. Propane is billed at $30 per partial tank 6. ANY evidence of smoking (including smell) $250 7. Any evidence of pets in the unit $150 8. Wait charge $50/hr - If we have to wait at checkin/pickup

What should I do at the end of my rental
R.
The unit should be returned close to how you got it. Dishes should be washed, dried and put away. All of your personal items should be removed (check twice - EVERYWHERE). Then, remove all bedding (yes the pillow cases too) and put it on the couch, put any dirty towels in this pile too. Sweep the unit and clean up the counters. If you used any of the outdoor chairs or carpet it should be cleaned and put away. We'll take care of the rest when we get there.
