What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

As long as I don't have any other obligations, you can pick up as early as possible and drop off late if needed - Please just ensure we are openly communicating throughout.

What size Hitch and Ball do I need?

We use an Andersen Weight Distribution Hitch - this will be provided to you and already contains the ball ( 2" 5/16)

Do you provide Bedding and Linens?

We have learned since Covid, that most people enjoy their own Linens - However upon request we can provide Sheets if needed. We have water/pest-proof mattress protectors on every Bed to protect you from any previous renters.

Yes, but I must be notified during the booking process and a small one-time charge will be added. Pets should not be on any Beds or Furniture - their claws tend to tear up the mattress protectors
