We also have a Tire Pressure Monitoring System that tracks each tire on the Coach. We replaced the 2 front tires in April 2024 for top of the line Michelins.

Awnings: We discourage the usage of the exterior awnings. This is for your protection because they are $1200 to replace (up to $5000 for the automatic one I have) and can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Awnings ARE NOT COVERED by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving (tree, tollroad, etc) are 100% your responsibility and could exceed your security/damage deposit amount.

The 2018 Coachman Mirada 29FW is in excellent, well-maintained condition, consistently reported as clean, easy to operate and drive. It features a comfortable king bed, cold AC, a spacious slide-out, and automatic leveling.

5.0We LOVED this RV. My brother and I used it to drive our elderly mother to her new assisted living facility in Florida. The bed in the back was extremely comfortable for her and she slept great. We also had my four-year-old grandson with us. He loved his big “school bus”-the DVD player was a huge hit. Stacey was wonderful to work with-extremely helpful and responsive. He was also very kind and considerate. Many wonderful family memories we created in this RV-big school bus! Thank you Stacey for a wonderful experience.

5.0Great experience. The hosts communicate well and seem to care that you have a great experience. The RV is well maintained and kept clean, you can tell they take pride in what they do. I think I got some of the best vacation sleeping to date. It’s possible the King bed has some magic sleeping spells woven into the fibers. AC is cold, bathroom didn’t give off the typical travel cramp feeling, and the large slide out gave away to plenty of space in the main area. Definitely plan on booking this RV next time I need another motorcoach.

We are willing to park your vehicle at our house while you are away. We do charge $50 per hour after our set pick up/drop off times. We schedule our days around these times.
