This RV comfortably sleeps 6 adults. 10 if you have kids. 1 queen bed, couch is full size, table is full size and 2 bunks are full size with 300lb weight limit. It has a super slide out for extra room. It has a T.V., radio, bumper grill, power tongue jack, indoor/outdoor speakers and two a/c units (at 50 amp site, can use 1 a/c unit at 30 amp site with adapter supplied). Weight distribution and sway bar included.Linens and supplies to be supplied by renters.Please make sure your vehicle can tow up to 8,000lbs! You Must have a 7 pin trailer hookup and 2 5/16th in ball on your vehicle upon arrival.2 5/16th in ball and Weight distribution/sway control available for additional fee.Under no circumstances will the awning be unrolled or used without Owner approval.There will be a late fee added if the camper is returned past 4pm on the day it’s due back. $10/Hr or as agreed.
