Résumé de l'évaluation

Inconsistent communication and support

While many renters lauded their excellent communication, flexible assistance, and thorough introductions, one experienced complete unresponsiveness and lack of support during an AC breakdown, along with poor hospitality.

Well-equipped; AC can fail

Renters praise its cleanliness, being well-stocked, and having working features, with one noting it's a perfect size for 2 people. However, the AC unit was reported to have stopped working after a few days during one rental.
