Well it was probably the best overall experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been renting rv’s for a long time. This RV was spotless and a dream to drive!!!

The Tiffin 36GH has strict policies regarding pets, smoking (including vaping), and attending certain events. Cats are not permitted to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment. Smoking and vaping are prohibited to preserve the interior quality and prevent potential damage and odors. The Burning Man Festival is off-limits due to its harsh conditions, which could harm the motorhome. Additionally, only truck stops are recommended for refueling to ensure convenience and safety during travel. These guidelines prioritize the cleanliness, safety, and longevity of the motorhome while enhancing the overall travel experience for occupants. (NO BOONDOCKING - The RV is not designed to support extended un unpowered operation) See GENERATOR OVERAGES which are meant for Minimal Use, Long term generator use incurs very significant additional charges. • ALL DAMAGES will be reported through Outdoorsy and are the responsibility of the guest renting the RV.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We have a place to leave your vehicle when renting if you would like. It is easy to pick up we do ask that you be prepared to do a walkthrough, depending on your questions can take up to an hour

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

To set up a 2015 Tiffin Phaeton 36GH at a campground: 1. Electricity: Turn off the power pedestal breaker, connect the 50-amp power cord to the RV and pedestal, then turn the breaker on. 2. Water: Attach a water pressure regulator to the spigot, connect a hose from the spigot to the RV’s water inlet, and turn on the water slowly. 3. Sewage: Connect a sewer hose to the RV’s outlet and the campground sewer, keep the black water valve closed until full, using gray water to flush after.
