Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We can accommodate a variety of pick up and drop off times, please just let us know prior to your booking and we can reserve the time to meet and go through the RV to get you on your way quickly.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
Every RV has its' quirks and Emelia has some unique features as well! We don't expect you to be experts after the short departure walk-through to outline all of the details in an onboard guide book and have video tutorials available via QR codes throughout the RV.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Electrical is a simple plug in to a 30 amp with the surge protector. The second A/C can be plugged in to a 120 volt on the electrical pole for use when it is excessively hot outside. Water is via the blue hose provided and we have a filter w/pressure gauge. Sewage is through one connection for the RV, we also provide a cleaning connection to avoid any uh-oh's with the stinky slinky :)
Q.What condition should the RV be return in?
R.
When we hand off the RV to you the floors are swept and mopped, Gas tank is full, and all grey and black tanks are empty, with the outside being mud free. The expectation is that the RV should be returned in the same condition. Any linens that were used should be piled in the shower and/or the queen bed. Failure to return the RV in a similar condition will result in a $500 add on fee in addition to any broken items resulting in deposit being kept. Treat the RV like it is yours!
