Résumé de l'évaluation
Mixed communication and support
Guests noted initial great communication and an easy process, but also experienced slow pre-rental responses, unresponsiveness later, and a lack of instruction for vehicle functions.
Inconsistent condition and amenities
Vehicle issues included a thin bed, roach evidence, dirty interior, a cracked restroom faucet, and expired license tags at pickup, though it was found spacious for two.

2.0Unfortunately the RV was not clean, the propane tank was empty, and the faucet in the bathroom was broken. Our host was kind and courteous aside from these downfalls.

3.0The bed was super thin and there was evidence of roaches. It took days to get responses before the rental and I was not shown how to turn on water pump or inside switches.

4.0Communication was great before booking and during the first part of the trip, she communicated. Last part of the trip, there was no communication. Trailer was dirty when I picked it up, license plate has expired tags. Faucet in the restroom was cracked when I picked it up. Overall okay with rental for what I needed it for.
