Welcome to our Flying Cloud in the Redland! Guidelines to keep things running smoothly: -CHECKIN/CHECKOUT: Please respect the times so we can keep the Airstream fresh for every guest. -GUESTS: Up to 6 guests (4 adults + 2 children) - no unregistered overnight visitors. -LIGHT TOUCH: Please do not force windows, blinds, drapes or fixtures. -ENTRY DOOR/SCREEN: Latch the screen to door before closing. Keep door/screen closed at all times to keep critters outside. -ROLL-UP BLINDS: Spring-loaded-hold the pendant firmly when opening or closing. -A/C: Please turn off when you plan to be out for more than an hour. -GRAY/BLACK TANKS: Tanks are empty on arrival. Check gauge daily and notify us at 50%, 75% and 85%. Transfer is required at 85% - $100/transfer as an Add-On, daytime access needed. Coordinate in advance. For 7 or more day stays, one transfer/week is complimentary. -GARDEN: Enjoy it, but respect fenced areas and posted signs. -NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Private retreat only - no gatherings beyond registered guests, amplified music, or organized events. $500 fine, no exceptions. -QUIET HOURS 11PM-7AM -SMOKING/VAPING: Outside only, all openings closed. Extinguish butts in the designated container (not in the firepit) -PETS - We love animals, but unfortunately we do not allow them during your stay. Thank you for understanding! -CLEANLINESS: Leave it as you found it - dishes washed, surfaces wiped, trash outside, towels in the shower when you leave. -SECURITY - The property is fully fenced and gated and has exterior cameras. -FIRE PIT AND GRILL: Enjoy it! Never leave unattended; fully extinguish before going inside. One firewood bundle included (about 2 nights); let us know if you would like to order more ($60/bundle). Light with two firestarters (under the sink) by placing under the logs. -PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM: Prior arrangements and a fee required. Basic shoot: $250-$600; with drone/twilight/styling: $600-$1,200.
