5.0Great host. First time using Outdoorsy, as our previous companies stopped renting out campers. Host was prompt with questions/responses. He works well with local campgrounds and is very accommodating with delivery and setup/pickup, even in a specific group site. Delivered early and trailer had fridge already cold, and tanks full. Wife actually likes camping now, and son loved the bunk beds. Has many trailers to choose from for different size groups/budgets. Will for sure rent again from host.

5.0Great communication with Dale. There were a lot of extra amenities that I didn’t see in the listing, like an outdoor rug and both a standard and kuerig coffee maker! The AC broke just before the trip, so Dale brought a portable one and connected it so we’d still have an option.
