Please keep our RV fresh—no smoking, incense, or surprise furry co-pilots. Return it with a full tank of gas & propane, and don’t forget to empty the black & grey tanks. Though certainly if there's no time, we can do this for a fee. No one likes a mystery spill. Excessive cleaning fee of $300+ will be charged from the deposit if the RV requires more than a basic wipe down and wash. This RV is best for designated maintained campgrounds due to clearance. No off-road trails or dirt roads. Vehicle MUST be kept in above freezing temperatures unless winterized. If temperatures will drop below freezing during your trip, you will be REQUIRED to move to a warmer location. No towing. No off-roading or dirt roads. No Burning Man. No climbing on the roof. Must return clean, sewer dumped with full gas and propane unless extra fees paid for this convenience. $1000 minimum breach of contract fine.
