After reserving, renters will have the option to choose which complementary and which paid add on items they may want included in their reservation.Examples of complementary items: pots and pans, eating and cooking utensils, dishes, linensExamples of paid add on items: unlimited generator use, waste tank dumping, setup/takedown, portable wifi, chairs, awning use, canopy, fishing gear, hygiene travel bags, soap, disposable dishes and utensils, etc.Note that we will make best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However given that items can fail or may return from another reservation damaged, we make no guarantee of their availability, especially during busy seasons where there is limited time for repair. If the unit is still usable (even with restrictions), we will disclose this information in the pre-rental forms to be completed within 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. You will have the right to refuse to accept the RV subject to the terms of the rental agreement or to accept it in such condition. Note that we do not frequently update the listing photos, so if you would like current photos that may show wear and tear or damages that have accrued over time, please request the same. Please note because you are given this right prior to booking and during the free cancelation period, cosmetic differences are not a basis for cancellation or refund outside of the free cancellation period and you agree does not constitute misrepresentation; the unit is used frequently and is expected to change in appearance over time. We encourage you to request this and, after booking during the free cancellation, you may request to view the unit in person as well.Please note that given the size of this unit nd how it was manufactured, the ride can feel rough and uncomfortable. Consistent with OD's TOS and the rental agreement, the max permitted speed is 55 MPH.Until further notice, the AC does not work properly. This is not a host provided add on, and we are unable to modify the add on. A canopy may be rented for $5 per day. There is no privacy shelter offering.

Believe the horrible reviews because they are 100% the truth. This may look like a “nice” RV but the owners are horrible and it is a HUGE safety issue. We paid for services we never received, the owners were horrible with communicating pick up and drop off, and they refuse to address the issues we brought up with them before the trip. They are now trying to claim we damaged their vehicle when we have proof that the damage was already there. Here is the long list of items that were not working before we picked up the RV: Stereo sound Stereo loose Left driver mirror loose Right diver mirror not working Water heater heater not working Kitchen exhaust fan Canopy was broken (photoed) Linen not paid for when we did Awning paid for and we didn’t get it Fuel not filled when promised in listing Right driver turn camera not working Alignment for driving completely off Damage on driver side that was documented before pick up but they are now claiming we did Also, when we booked through their company they changed the RV twice claiming it was booked by someone else but outdoorsy let me book it so it was available. Every time they would offer me an “available” RV it was more expensive than the last. They only care about money, but I guarantee none of their RVs are safe to drive. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! THEY WILL ALSO IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO GET THE ISSUES RESOLVED. We have to go through outdoorsy now because this company is completely unprofessional and have zero customer service. The pick up location was also extremely sketchy and the owners were confused and disheveled.

Where to begin, the alignment was off, driving this RV was a mission for sure. The generator that powered everything didn’t work, which I had to hire a mobile RV mechanic to replace the carburetor that cost $2,000. The A/C didn’t work, didn’t tell us before we took off. Once we needed it and called a bunch of times, they said oh yea it doesn’t work. Getting a hold of the host is impossible, and which they are claiming damage that we never did. I would not recommend at all. Please beware and test drive if you do, they don’t maintain anything.
