Excellent communication and thoughtful extras
Jose consistently answered questions quickly and was always prompt with communication. He set up the trailer perfectly at the site, provided a clear walkthrough, and included unexpected extra items, making the first RV experience easy.
Well-equipped with comfortable amenities
The camper was clean and exceeded expectations, coming fully equipped with all necessities, including a coffee maker. Guests frequently praised the comfortable beds with nice linen, noting everything in the trailer worked perfectly.

5.0Our experience renting from Jose was delightful. The trailer was at the site well before I needed to use it and it was set up perfectly. He clearly showed the features in a walk through. It was all nicer than I expected. All the extra touches were well thought out and they even added some items that we supply ourselves easily. Everything worked great in the trailer and the beds were comfy with nice linen. Texting to communicate was easy and they were always prompt. I couldn't have imagined a better experience.
