5.0Chase and Stephanie were great when I picked up the camper. Everything was super clean and ready to go when I arrived. They helped me hook up the camper and went over everything I needed to know regarding the operation of the camper. Chase and Stephanie even added the following special touch - a gift basket for our family and a special gift for our 6 month old granddaughter who I had told them was going on the trip with us!! Extremely thoughtful!! Had an awesome weekend in this camper - will definitely rent from Chase again in the future!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We offer flexibility. Normal pick-up time is 5 pm & we can offer a grace period of 3 pm. Return time is 11 am & offer a grace period until 1 pm. Any requests before 3 pm will be charged 1/2 nightly rental. A return after 1 pm will also be charged 1/2 nightly rental. Being in possession of our camper & insurance purposes requires us to handle these requests in this manner.
