2024 Coachmen Clipper 17CFQ travel trailer. Light Weight tested Sub-3000 lbs. 7 foot wide frame. Sleeps 3 with a 60" x 74" queen size bed and a single dinette that folds into a bed. 3.3 cu. ft. Gas/Electric Refrigerator, 2-Burner Cooktop, Microwave, 20K BTU Furnace, Roof mounted A/C, 6 Gal. Gas Water Heater, 2 rear Stabilizing Jacks, power awning. Anti-sway hitch with 2" ball provided. Tow vehicle needs 7-pin trailer connector and electric brakes. If you don't have a brake controller installed in your vehicle, you must rent our portable controller for $25 and have a smart phone to use an app to control the brakes. Includes linens, dishes, cookware, lawn chairs, fire tongs, campfire tri-pod, and more.Pick up and drop off times are flexible if it is arranged ahead of time.
