The renter drove across the country and completely destroyed the trailer with up to $4k in damages. He was very angry when he was forced to pay the deductible. Since then, everyone else had a great time renting the new Nobo.

Justin is great! The camper is perfect for having 2 groups of sleepers. The batteries powered the fridge for >4 days.

To say Justin is a gracious host would be a massive understatement. He communicated clearly, gave an excellent run-down on using his rig, and ensured we were taken care of ever step of our trip. The rig was clean and in perfect condition. Everything worked as described. We would be more than happy to travel with Justin's rig again.
