Dumping Fee:
A $50 dumping fee will be charged if the RV’s gray and black tanks are not emptied before return. Guests are welcome to handle the dumping themselves to avoid this fee. Please return the RV with all tanks properly emptied and cleaned.
Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved pets in the RV for an additional pet fee of $50. A mandatory cleaning fee of $150 will also be applied to ensure the RV is thoroughly sanitized for the next guest. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may result in additional charges or cancellation of the rental agreement.
• Refueling Policy:
The RV must be returned with a full tank of fuel and Propane. If not, a $50 refueling fee will be charged, in addition to the cost of the fuel needed to refill the tank.
