Check-in was quick and easy. Staff provided spectacular service, were knowledgeable, and handled repair arrangements courteously.

Drives well and rides smoothly

It drove well and rode smoothly, suitable for families of five. Guests noted its perfect condition, spacious bathroom, and kitchen/dining areas. Minor rattling blinds were easily remedied.

I loved renting through Ace RV. Anytime I rent an RV I am always checking reviews and searching for the best rental. I flew in from Arizona and the check in process was quick and easy. This is our third year renting with Ace RV Rentals for our Thanksgiving / Friendsgiving celebration. As usual Ace was great to work with, offering spectacular service, knowledgeable staff, great RVs, and an overall outstanding experience. We're already planning to rent again for next year!!!

Excellent!!! The RV are in perfect condition. It’s it really confortable for families of 5. The bathrooms it’s really spacious. The last year we rented a bigger one but I prefers this one because the dinner and kitchen areas are more spacious. Definitely the next year I rented the same one.

1. The RV is to be returned by 3PM on the last day of the reservation. Customers who are not able to return by 3PM MUST inform Ace RV Rentals prior to the 3PM deadline. Any late returns between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. will incur a $150.00 late fee. Returns after 11PM on the last day of your rental are strictly prohibited and will incur a charge of an extra day plus insurance, plus the additional late fees outlined in the contract. 2. If the Wheelbase (third party) secondary insurance option has been selected, a deductible of 2% of the value of the RV applies, with a minimum of $500.00 and a maximum of $1,500.00. Please see associate for specific value of the applicable rental unit. Any and all damages MUST be reported to Ace RV Rentals within 24 hours, or will incur a $500 penalty for withholding information. 3. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. 4. No climbing on the roof of the RV. 5. Please lightly sweep the unit prior to return, and remove all trash and personal belongings. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee of $149 per hour.
