RV 25: 2024 Coachmen Encore 375RB

Disappointing experience. Customer service needs work. While the vehicle was nice, company needs to do a better job communicating with customer before and during pickup. Very hard to get anyone on the phone and all is done by email. During the walk through they do not do a good job making you aware of how to use features in vehicle such as CarPlay nor fridge. Our fridge didn’t work and I had to call customer support which is terrible service. You wait on hold and then an agent asks you all these admin questions they should already have… while you are just trying to enjoy your trip. I was notified at that point that I need to push inverter button as our fridge didn’t work unless plugged in. No one told me that. There is no hard copy users manual, only a video which takes about half an hour to watch and doesn’t answer all the questions. There were also other major issues.

Great experience, in every aspect. Communications, service, and prices are the best that I've found.

It was another memorable trip. Thank you ACE RV, thank you Alina, Thank you Oscar and Staff. We are already planning next years trip.

Manager Ali patiently showed us several RVs until we chose one for our trip. He thoroughly explained the rental process and answered all our questions. He was available by phone at all hours of the day during our trip to answer our questions. The check in process was fair, efficient and quick.

We had a top notch experience. Booking and pick up process were smooth. Ali and staff answered every question we had along the way. RV was as advertised with hassle free return process. Would definitely rent from ACE again!
