Résumé de l'évaluation
Communicative but instruction detail inconsistent
While often responsive and helpful with questions, guests noted inconsistent initial instructions regarding essential equipment like brake controllers and electrical hookups.
Well-equipped, but some maintenance issues
Praised for being well-stocked with linens, effective AC, and kid-friendly bunk beds. However, some guests experienced issues with low/dead batteries, broken screens, and inverter/shower head problems.

3.0This is our first rental with outdoorsy. My husband has hauled trailers before. We were given no instructions which was surprising. The listing stated no brake controller. We assumed that meant we didn’t need one, after googling we realized we needed one. This added an additional 2+ hours to our trip and almost $200 to purchase a controller and an adapter. After getting settled we found a break controller in the trailer which was beyond frustrating. The battery was low when we received it. We did not stay at a site with hookups so we would have loved enough battery to at least get the awning out without being connected to the truck. When leaving we had to use jumper cables to get the awning back in bc the battery was completely dead even though we didn’t use any during the trip. Screens were broken and tape fix was no longer working to keep bugs out.

5.0We can’t say enough good things about this experience! The host communication was awesome. The trailer was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were first time renters and a lot of this was new for us, so Jon took a lot of extra time with us to explain all the basics.

5.0Great communication with the host, AC worked amazing which is crucial for summers in Tennessee. And it sleeps a lot of bodies considering the smaller size! Highly recommend
