4.0Ken is a fantastic host. He explained everything thoroughly. When we had questions during our rental time Ken was quick to respond. The camper van had everything we needed and was a great size. Very easy pick up and return.

5.0Ken provided a very high level of customer service. Up front communication was thorough and responsive. Flexibility was good on pickup and drop off times. Orientation to van was thorough. Van did have some quirks, however, Ken explained them well. We had a battery difficulty, however, Ken was extremely responsive to personally fix the problem. Would definitely rent from Ken again.
