5.0It was an extraordinary trip. We flew into Las Vegas, picked up “Drifter” after a thorough walk through and explanation of the Sprinter van’s systems and drove off to see three different National Parks. Ken was very personable and knowledgeable of all the necessary equipment. The van was clean and comfortable and easy to drive. An important factor was it was quiet on the road. A previous van we used from a friend had off road tires that made it very difficult to carry on a conversation inside the moving van. Drifter was quiet! Since it was a few years old there was a bit of rattling noise going down the road, but nothing that disturbed our conversations. We had a wonderful time enjoying some dispersed camping in Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. The batteries lasted even when using the microwave, induction cooktop, and all the other electrical systems. The van comes with a 25 gal fresh water tank that allowed us both to shower, do all the cooking and cleaning up for several days before having to top it up. There were a few small issues that took place while we were camping, but a texts to Ken solved the issues. He responded immediately with the info we needed to correct the problem. He really knows his vehicle. With a vehicle so well equipped with such a variety of systems it was a relief to know he could resolve the issues so quickly with just a short text. The ten days we were out, putting over 1000 miles on the vehicle was full of wonderful memories.

5.0Ken is a super host, he really wants to take care of the guest. The van (drifter) is easy to drive, you can find everything you need for a good road trip. We really enjoyed our time. Drifter is the perfect véhicule to explore the beautiful area near Las Vegas. 100% recommande.
