By booking this rental, you agree to the following Supplemental Terms in addition to Outdoorsy’s Terms of Service:
• No Off-Roading: This van is not 4x4 and must only be driven on paved roads or well-maintained gravel roads. No deep mud, heavy rocks, or unmaintained terrain.
• Music Festivals: Ask first before taking the van to a festival. Burning Man is strictly prohibited.
• No Car Seats: This vehicle is not equipped for car seats or booster seats.
• No Airport or Strip Casino Delivery: Due to clearance restrictions, no airport or Strip casino drop-offs. Rideshare is the best option (9 miles from the airport). This includes parking at casino/hotel/airport parking garages.
• No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the vehicle. A $500 cleaning fee applies if violated.
• Tank Emptying: The black & grey tanks must be emptied before return (unless a prepaid cleaning add-on is purchased). A $100 charge applies if tanks are not emptied.
• Return & Late Fees: Return the van on time and in the same condition as received. 1-hour grace period, then a full extra rental day charge applies.
• Awning Use: Awning repairs can start at $1,000. Always power off when not in use. Never leave it unattended, in the rain, or in heavy winds.
• Low Clearance: Be aware of height restrictions (garages, drive-thrus). Any damage due to clearance issues is the renter’s responsibility.
• Propane Safety: Turn off propane tank switches when not in use and while traveling.
By booking, you acknowledge & agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in fees, security deposit deductions, or rental cancellation.
• Excessive Cleaning Fee: If the van is returned with excessive mud, dirt, or debris inside or out, a cleaning fee of up to $200 will apply. Please return it in a reasonably clean condition to avoid this charge.

Perfect RV and Great Experience! This RV is comfortable, super easy to drive and park at the campsite and any other place you may need to go during your trip. Nick was super responsive from the reservation beginning and all throughout the entire process. The pick up and drop off was very convenient too. The beds were super comfortable appointed with nice linens and cozy blankets to keep warm. Everything worked perfectly and we had the best time visiting Moab, UT. The only teeny tiny recommendation for Nick would be to empty out the interior cabinets of previous foods (sundries) since the cabinet space is limited in general. Overall, a great rental and I highly recommend renting this RV if you're considering it. Thanks Nick, we had the best time and it was a very memorable holiday for my husband and me.

I highly recommend Nick and his van Roxy! This was our first RV experience of any kind. Nick was super helpful in addressing all of our questions throughout the entire process from prior to making the reservation, through the entire trip. He always responded quickly.

We really enjoyed our trip to Death Valley and Joshua Tree National Parks with this camper van. It is very well equipped and easy and safe to drive. Nick replied all our questions very fast. I would 100% recommend it to a friend and would rent it again

Q.What is the maximum number of passengers allowed in the RV?

Driving: 4 people (with 4 seatbelts available)
Sleeping: 2 adults (1 child), 1 smaller adult or 1 child on the air mattress in the cab of the van.
*Important Note: The van is not designed to safely accommodate car seats or booster seats.*

The minimum age to drive the van is 30. All drivers must be added to the reservation for insurance purposes, please.
Q.Is there WiFi onboard?

Unfortunately there is no WiFi. However, there is a cell booster that can help add 1-2 bars. The booster is located in storage above the TV and will need to be plugged in prior.
