The FR3 Bunkhouse is designed for versatility, ideal for family/friends and adventurers who want comfort and functionality in a sleek, easy-to-drive package. Delivering a perfect balance of practicality and luxury. From ample living space to innovative designs, it’s the ideal choice for those seeking an all-in-one motorhome for family adventures. This coach is designed to deliver reliable performance on the open road. A spacious interior layout with sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people, king-size bed with overhead storage, convertible dinette, sofa bed, overhead drop-down bunk, dual bunks, and also a dual a/c. A sway bar added to the suspension that reduces side-to-side body roll, improving handling and stability. Stabilizers that keeps you centered so that you don't have to work as hard to steer.No smoking allowed in this motorhome. No off road and going to roof (maintenance only). We do not allow towing vehicles and out of country travel. Awning breaks easily and to avoid interrupting other guests trip, we do not allow the use of it. At the end of your trip, please return in the same condition as it was received, $300 cleaning fee will charged through security deposit if returned excessively dirty, black and grey tanks both dumped, $100 charge if not emptied.We provide linens, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, camping chairs . Please only use provided cleaners and toilet papers. Propane will also be included and doesn’t need to be refilled. Ask for bundle discount if renting 2 or more units from us.Pick up time: 9am pst
Drop off: 3pm pst
If you want different time of pick up or late drop off please let us know as we will try to accommodate.Last but not the least please take care of our motorhome as if it were yours and enjoy your adventure time with friends/family.Burning man rentals, please message us for a quote prior to booking, rates will also be higher.

Our favorite destination would be going to Lake Havasu, Mt Charleston and Sand Hollow State Park. We also love going to the beach. We are big basketball and football fans, love to watch the game and play the sports as well. We love our home on the wheel and I hope you will too.
