Here’s What Happens Next: Approximately 30 days before your reservation, you’ll receive an email containing all the important details and documents we’ll need. This will include: *Pre-Arrival Form *Rental Agreement Access to Your Guidebook (Beta Program) Once these steps are complete, you’ll receive a digital guidebook with everything you need to know about your rental. The guidebook includes: *Instructional videos to help you feel confident with the rental’s features *Important information regarding care and operation *Important Information for Your Reservation Delivery Rentals: *Delivery Time: Delivery is scheduled between 3 PM - 10 PM. *Pick-Up Time: We will pick up your rental between 9 AM - 12 PM. Pick-Up Rentals: *Arrival Time: Pick-up time is scheduled between 12 PM - 3 PM. *Return Time: Please return your rental before 12 PM.
