Cozy, spacious, and cute camper that will meet and exceed all your needs for a weekend camping trip or a road trip. Sleeps 4 with a queen-sized bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress, sheets comforter provided. The camper features one slide out that extends the dining area and the dining table folds down into a full sized bed with full sheets and blankets provided. The dining area also has a 24in Roku TV that will connect to Wi-Fi and any Hdmi devices. The Bluetooth audio system can be used both inside and outside and works very well. The bathroom is a full bathroom with plenty of space, stand up shower, vanity, and toilet. Don’t like taking cold showers? Don’t worry, because the water heater is a life saver! The air conditioner is an overhead central air system that will work only if you’re planning to stay at a full electric hookup site. During the winter months the propane heater will keep you nice and toasty. The kitchen has a double sink with very good water pressure and a gas stove top. Cooking utensils and pots and pans are all provided along with a 5-cup coffee maker. The fridge is not your normal camping fridge, very spacious and works very well. There is plenty of cabinet space to store anything you could think to bring on your camping trip. Outdoor awning extends to provide a very big picnic area that will keep you both dry and out of the summer sun. All hook ups supplies are provided, and we will help you and teach you how to set up and wrap up. This camper is very easy to tow and is perfect for any first-time campers, hitch is provided. Can hook up to both 50-amp and 30-amp sites. Pets are welcome but with a 2-pet minimum and 50lb weight limit, if your pet damages anything you will be expected to pay for any damages. Kids are welcome as well but please be respectful of our property, remember this is not a hotel, we use this camper as well.
