Fantastic, lightweight bunkhouse! Easy to maneuver, light weight yet with great space. This unit sports an outdoor kitchenette. Great for tailgating and camping. Inside, it can sleep 2 adults plus 6 children or 4 grown adults in individual beds. It has a shower and toilet inside as well as an outdoor shower.Delivery is available within 100 miles for a fixed price ($300). Generators, load distribution hitch and kayaks are available for additional fees. Black and grey water dump is part of prep and service. I gave a rating 2 because the RV was not clean. The smell of urine was horrible. The outdoor grill was rusted and filthy. The outdoor refrigerator was dirty as well. We spent the night before our tailgate and the morning of trying to clean it to get the smell out, but nothing worked. I can say the a/c was nice and cold and having a working kitchen was beneficial. The owner was nice and friendly but I would suggest a thorough cleaning and disinfecting for future renters.

Great, John did a very good job of explaining the different features and gave me some good tips on the hookup and unhook process! I shot video as he talked and that was also helpful. Very nice RV, very clean!!
