Provided patient, attentive support

Jonathan and Derek were patient, helpful, and readily available by phone for questions. They made pickup/drop-off easy, gave detailed walkthroughs, and offered extras like linens and cooking supplies, catering well to first-time RV users.

Displayed rattling with amenity failures

Guests reported rattling while driving, and non-functional AC, fridge, oven, stove, and canopy. Some noted rapid black/grey water tank filling. However, others found the RV clean with working WiFi, generator, hot showers, and comfortable beds.

Derek was wonderful and so accommodating. He tried his best to help with what he could. The camper was not up to par, and we felt cheated a bit with the amount we spent on the trip. Several things did not work on the camper (AC, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Vents broken, window shades, broken stabilizers, Canopy torn and unusable) and yet we were only offered free generator power; which we needed anyways for AC since the truck wasn't working properly. Would have been nice to have been given some grace on the extra mileage or a discount. Something. I'm giving 2 stars for the RV, not for Derek. He was great.
