Extra storage underneath the beds or my kids use it as their forts. A flat screen TV with hidden storage behind it for those really annoying toys grandma bought them that we just seem to have left behind until they magically reappear at home. A built in mini fridge for those juice boxes and snacks. A half bathroom with commode and sink.
