AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! The RV itself was ok, but my experience with the owners was horrible. From the day I picked it up, I repeatedly communicated that we would return after 11:00 because we were driving back to Connecticut from Maine. I continued providing updates throughout the trip and on the return date. When we arrived, one owner immediately began screaming at me in front of my children, calling me irresponsible and accusing me of ruining their day. The confrontation was aggressive and intimidating. My children were shocked and shaking, and I feared for my safety. I seriously considered calling the police but decided not to further upset my family or ruin the trip even more. I understand being charged a late fee, but there was no justification for yelling at me, especially in front of my children. The owners also claimed that the black-water tank was full, which I dispute, and deducted additional money from my security deposit. Their behavior ruined the end of an expensive family trip. Rent from an established RV company instead and research well before booking. AVOID!
