Résumé de l'évaluation
Highly communicative and thoroughly explains
Spencer is consistently praised for being helpful, communicative, and accommodating, thoroughly explaining RV use, and even providing detailed instructions for guests.
Well-equipped but had significant issues
Generally described as perfect, clean, and well-equipped, one guest experienced a broken TV, no hot water due to an empty propane tank, and late arrival. A sitting area was also missed by some.

2.0The house are absolutely amazing and sweet as can be however, we did not have a TV. It was broken as if somebody had hit the screen. And we did not have hot water the whole time for the shower because the propane tank was empty. And the trailer did arrive later than expected.
