-Send photo evidence
-Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period
-Do not modify, alter, or repair any part of the camper without authorizationUsage & Restrictions

-Renter is responsible for tolls, tickets, and campground fees

Charging as a "violation" means I'm only charge 2.5% but it does not affect you as the renter. Yes! We have dishes provided for at least 4 guests. Most guests choose to bring disposable dishes during their stay to make clean up easier. cups, mugs, plates, bowels, utensils of all kinds, pots/pans, mixing bowls - dishes are to be cleaned and put away by guests, all other cleaning will be done by owner

Absolutely no smoking what-so-ever in the unit. This includes, but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, and an other thing you can think of to smoke. You will be charged an excessive cleaning fee. I'm very sensitive to the smell so please do not smoke in the unit -You will be charged a MINIMUM of $200 excessive cleaning fee

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

-The water pump switch needs to be flipped before water will turn on -The awning is ONLY for shade and must be brought in when raining or windy -Glass top on stove is NOT a cooking top, it must be pulled back before use -During travel, both dinette tables MUST be in the down position -The front room doesn't get vary cool, a fan to blow the air in will help
