A fabulous Deluxe Open floorplan from Coachman/Forest River, with many add-ons (extra cost) offered by Al & JoAnn creating the most memorable "Glamping" experience. You'll want to come back again and again for PSU and to explore different parts of the Northeast and Southeast on this super comfy luxury coach.Our Coachmen Leprechaun 27'11" has a Queen bed in the rear with an upgraded supreme mattress, a queen space above the cab & 2 full size beds in dinette plus jack-knife sofa, sleeping 6 or 7 depending on adults or kids.The kitchen/pantry is stocked with Keurig coffee maker (we provide some or bring your favorite coffee/tea pods), Dash toaster & Dash mini egg bite-maker to add your quiche/scramble or whatever your morning pleasure might be, whether inside kitchen or on the outside pull-out table & 110 volt plugs to do your bidding. Other surprises await you!JoAnn & Al have traveled the world, both individually and together, in Asia & Europe, and are now creating their bed & breakfast-on-wheels for their renters to enjoy their outdoor experiences.... Later on they plan to add some culinary experiences as well, but for the time being, you will have to be the chefs yourselves. Snacks and small delights you will find, but meal planning will be your job!There are multiple add-ons (extra costs) for your ease-of travel, ranging from bike racks (two different types), pop-up room with mosquito netting for those days/nights that it's needed, Coleman grill, tabletop griddle, linen packages with sheets/blankets & pillows, bathroom sets with supplies, and last, but not least a Garmin 1090 GPS with RV stats to keep you away from low hanging bridges and difficult to navigate roads.Only small/medium dogs up to 35lbs combined permitted on RV, as long as fully housetrained and approved in advance. Deposit Fee of $350 will be held, if rule not followed. $350 Deposit fee & $25/day daily fee will be charged to security deposit if dogs are brought on board without notice/payment.RV Height is 11 Ft 3 inches. Do NOT attempt to go through ANY fast food drive-throughs/they are ONLY 9 +/- ft heights. This would cause MAJOR damage!ALL DRIVERS MUST BE APPROVED by Outdoorsy. This is per the insurance coverage guidelines. If not verified by Outdoorsy, you are not covered by insurance!NO CANDLES to be burned in coach - they can cause damage and also set off alarmCONDITION: Coach should be returned in like and cleaned condition. For winter camping, experience driving RV in snow and ice is a must. 27 ft 11" lot different than driving a 24 ft RV, especially when backing, although rear camera and side cameras are great! As one camper drove off with stabilizers down & bent them, DO visual check before driving off to make sure all things are clear EVERYWHERE before driving off.

JoAnn and I grew up differently, she boating with her dad in Hawaii (the local RVs), myself in Wisconsin, with people worshipping the Packers in Green Bay and the Badgers in Madison, with tailgating something everyone did. When we came to PA, Happy Valley for Penn State football was very much like Madison and the Badgers. We have been here over 10 years now, with both of us in real estate (Jo Ann in residential and Al in Commercial), and both of us very involved in Keystone Human Services, a multi-state non-profit providing residential services to mentally & physically disadvantaged individuals. We are dog people, having had a Shitzu Chloe who lived 24 years, and Zoe, a Maltese now 3 years. Dogs are welcome on our RV when weighed in/approved in advance with a $500 deposit and the interior damage interior insurance ($69).
