Delivery and Pick UP available per owners discretion . Who’s ready for the crackle of a warm fire while getting to spend that much needed weekend get away with the family!! Well we’re here to help you with that! Enjoy the great outdoors with ease. Trailer will be brought to the campsite of your choice and set up. Will run through the camper and how things work if need be when set up and delivery is done. This beautiful camper has a queen bed with privacy doors. It also has two separate twin bed bunks perfect for that larger family, a two person sofa that turns into a bed. There is a separate door from the outside into the bathroom-shower area. There is a kitchen table that seats four and also turns into a sleeping space as well. Camping chairs will be provided. Basic pots, pans, and cooking utensils will be provided as well. One propane tank of gas will be provided if the second is needed needed renter will be responsible for a min $10 fee. There is a tv which has basic channels. There is an awning outside with speakers which can connect to your phone via Bluetooth. Make some great memories with the family. Rentals will be available for as many days as you would like or at a weekly rate. If possible when choosing a camp site try to find a site with full hook up’s including sewer makes life a lot easier for both parties.Ce qui est inclusFresh linens will be provided for every rental. RecommandationsThere are many great areas around Leflore county to camp including Long Lake Resort, Wister state Park, Queen Wilhelmina State Park and many more. In Arkansas there are several on the Oklahoma-Arkansas border including Spring Hill park in Barling Ar and many more.Autres points à signalerDogs are allowed as long as they are house broken and not destructive. We ask that pets are dried off before being brought into the camper, yes there may be the exception like it started to pour rain and had to get inside, but if it’s a sunny day we ask out of respect for future guests that they are dried before entering. Destructive or non house broken animals of any type are not allowed. If awning is used renter must be mindful of the weather conditions at all times. If leaving the camper the awning must be brought into the full retracted position no exceptions. Any destruction or substantial damage of camper or equipment provided is not tolerated and will be be handled accordingly. If direct sewer dump pipe is not on campsite customer may have to use a black water tote and have to find designated waste station if staying more than one night depending on water usage. If site does not have full sewer hookups a black water tote will be provided and used only if the black tank becomes full before the end of the rental. OWNERS OF THIS CAMPER HAS RIGHT TO REFUSE RENTAL ON DAY OF DROP OFF, IF OWNER DEAMS RENTER NOT CAPABLE OF BEING RESPONSIBLE OF THIER PERSONAL PROPERTY. I had booked with another owner that never responded to the booking. Andrew went above and beyond, calling Outdoorsy to see what he could do to help with a good rate and was overall a pleasure as a renter. Very flexible, and the camper was a nice sleep for our fishing trip!
