The team, including Nate, Brandon, and Becca, was praised for superb customer service, quick replies, accommodating postponements, and providing thorough RV demonstrations and easy returns.
Well-maintained with minor issues
The RV was consistently clean, in great shape, and equipped with essentials. Some encountered minor aesthetic fixes on road or a non-functional hot water heater.

5.0Customer service was awesome - rental process, customer questions, response time and friendliest - all superb. The equipment quality and condition was a 4…not the level of vehicle that we rented previously. No major problems just aesthetics and a few minor fixes required while on the road. Nate and Brandon were awesome. Overall value was a 5!

5.0Fantastic company and people that run it. We’ve now used them twice. The RV was clean from the floors to the linen. And plenty of dishes, pots, etc.

5.0We had a great camping trip. The RV was extremely clean and in great shape, practically new. Becca was very accommodating when we wanted to postpone our trip several days. She also gave a thorough demonstration on the RV and it’s features and how to work it. All in all, a great experience. Would use them again.

5.0Our family of four and a small dog had a perfect vacation to the Frying Pan valley in the Thor Motor Coach Freedom Elite. The RV was in great shape and the entire crew at Mountain West RV Rental was incredibly kind and very quick to reply to any questions. Highly recommend renting from them for your next RV/trailer trip.
