2020 heartland pioneer 270BH. Camper has lots of spacious living area with entertainment center that includes Bluetooth stereo and smart TV. Slide out in the living area which includes the dining table area and couch. Both dinette table and couch can convert to sleeping quarters if needed. Master bedroom in the front of the camper with camper queen that has room to walk around the bed. Wardrobe storage on both sides of bed and above bed. Storage area also under the bed. Two full-size bunks located in the rear of the camper. Full bathroom in the rear of the camper which also includes a second enter/exit door. Kitchen is stocked with all of your needed cooking supplies. Large pass-through storage in the front of the camper. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Rear outside storage rack. Large awning located on the front of the camper. LED lights outside. Outdoor speakers for listening to your favorite tunes. Bed linens provided. I do offer delivery. Delivery is always based on when you want to rent, how many days, and my schedule. I do lots of deliveries so do not hesitate to ask.

I strive to make your decision to use RV Life Rentals, one you won't regret! All rentals will come with linens, pillows, plates and bowls, pots and pans, coffee maker and TV with a Roku. Delivery is available for an extra fee. We do have a three-night minimum rental but are able to offer two-night stays at times. A two-night rental does come with an extra fee. Holidays require four-night rentals.

I hope everyone enjoys their rental experience, but there are a few rules. First, if you don't know if you should do it, don't

-Do not leave awnings out during heavy rain or a storm. Good rule is to roll awning in if you are not at the camper.
-No smoking inside the units. Please do not smoke outside with the door open. This includes vaping.
-No pets, unless authorized. Bringing pets without approval will result in total loss of deposit.
-The roofs can be damaged easily, so please don't climb on the roof.
-Cleaning supplies and a broom/dustpan are included with all campers. No trash should be left in the campers. Please
monitor the kiddos eating in areas such as bunks. This can be an issue with attracting insects.
-Camper approved toilet paper is provided. If you want to bring extra that is fine but it must be approved by us before use.
-Please hold down the toilet foot pedal for several seconds when flushing the toilet to ensure contents have properly gone
down into the black tank. Water helps dissolve the solids. If you are directly connected to sewer, you can dump the black
tank daily so I recommend using even more water when flushing. Renters will be charged EXTRA fees for issues with black
tank being clogged due to improper flushing.
-If something is damaged while you are renting let us know as soon as possible so get the process started of repair or
placing the item. Some products are hard to get so having a few extra days definitely helps.

My family and I had another great experience renting one of Jesse's RVs to visit Ginnie Springs! He always thoroughly explains every aspect of the RV and if we had any questions he was always easy to reach. I would highly recommend renting from Jesse!
