2022 Heartland RVs Mallard
The Mallard - Richmond Estate is a very comfortable and relaxing camper. It has a roomy-kitchen and dinning room. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a dorm-size fridge. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a sink, fridge, drawers, and an outdoor propane grill! The couch pulls out to fit one or two for sleeping. Also, the table lets down into a full size bed. Smart-Televisions with Blue Ray players (living and kids/secondary sleeping area) and stereo (Bluetooth capable), outdoor speaker, small ice maker, kitchen utilities are available, complete bathroom with shower. Master bedroom is a camper King bed, secondary/kids sleeping area is equipped with two separate beds, plus two small theatre seats (w/cup holders) that also fold out to smaller beds. Please, nothing other than camper toilet paper in system (no feminine products), you do not want that experience, as we don't either. Be sure to coordinate your departures for checkout with the camper is no later than 12 p.m. your last day.We hope you enjoy your stay and make plenty of memories with your family!Ce qui est inclusChairs (adult and kid)

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the convenience of the RV.
Very nice owner and delivery and set up and pick up was easy and no hassle.
RV was very clean and nice and stocked with plates cups cutlery and toiletries and everything you need for your trip…even down to apices and all…..which we left some too as to add to the collection!
No problems and we really appreciate that!

Will was an exceptional host. He was very responsive and went overboard helping us. As novice campers, with no camper experience, he came on-site to help us problem solve. He created simple videos for features we could not figure out. When we are back on the coast, we will absolutely use his camper in the future.

Owner Wil would not let me reschedule for a later date and said my only choice was to cancel and lose 50% of total..which i lost. Outdoorsy was willing to cancel my reservation and neither of us would lose any money, all the owner had to do was agree to do a mutual cancellation or reschedule…Wil the owner said nope.

Even though some sites you stay at give you until 2, 3, or even 4 p.m. We have a 12 p.m. checkout time so that we can sanitize and clean before the next booking. Often times we have to deliver the camper to a new site the same day.
