2021 Heartland Pioneer
New 2021 Heartland Pioneer BH280 travel trailer. We are advantageously located south of I 10, exit 38, 30 minutes from Buccaneer State Park, 2 water parks, and 40 RV camp grounds. We do not charge for propane tank fill up, except November through February. Packed full of great stuff! 50 in TV. Slide out for loveseat recliner and dinette area that convert into beds (sleeps 8-10). Queen size bed and 2 double size bunks with regular house mattresses. A/C unit and gas furnace -full kitchen- outdoor kitchen, 20 foot electric awning with LED lights. Just pick up some groceries and the camping begins! One last thought. Not all campgrounds and/or sites have a sewage hook-up. If you are not hooked up to one, there will be a $50 tank cleaning fee. We will gladly deliver to anywhere on the Gulf coast (prices listed below).
We no longer offer linens due to Covid.

Included in the camper is silverware, knives, pots and pans with utensils, coffee maker, cutting board, dish drainer, liquid soap, toilet paper, broom and dustpan, welcome mat, two propane tanks. In the months of November through February, we charge $25 for propane usage.

Before using the toilet, fill it half full, and use plenty of water when flushing.
Before going to bed or when away from camper, be sure to roll up the awning.

1. Please do not plug anything into the exterior of the camper that pulls a lot of amps. Ex. golf cart chargers, large floor fans and fryers. Use an extension cord and plug into the service provided at the campsite for these additional items. 2. We do not allow you to climb onto or sit on the roofs of our campers. 3. If you are at a campsite with full hook ups, we require the waste lines to be hooked up. 4. NO smoking in our units. This will result in forfeiture of your security deposit for odor removal. 5. You are required to inform us of any animals you will have in the camper. NO cats are allowed. Failure to inform us of your pet will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. 6. Do not plug in electric heaters.
