2017 Gulf Stream Amerilite

Our trailer, Coastal Cutie, is perfect for 1-2 people to hit the road and see the Emerald Coast! It’s light so it is towable by most vehicles (dry weight 2800). Our RV is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Even though the Coastal Cutie is just 14 feet long, we've equipped her for maximum enjoyment. We have put our love and attention into every detail from the minute you step in the door. The bathroom supplies included are two bath towels, two hand towels, RV safe toilet paper, OFF bug spray and sunscreen. The closet has hanging storage for you to store your clothing. In that same cabinet is all the necessities to keep the RV clean including a Swiffer, trash bags and a bag of shopping bags! The bathroom has been recently upgraded with thoughtful touches where you'll find a toilet and shower. The shower is equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There's even Poo-Pourri to keep tiny spaces smelling pleasant :) In the kitchen you'll find plates, bowls, cups, silverware, coffee mugs, heat trivets, a saucepan, skillet, cutting board, knives, measuring cups and spoons. There's even K-cups in the RV to get you started well caffeinated! There is a queen sized air mattress for sleeping as an upgrade to the RV installed pads, which you can cover with the 800 thread count sheets and plush comforter. When your head hits the pillows, you can't help but notice all the thoughtful attention put into the appointment of the Coastal Cutie. Coastal Cutie is also equipped with an ice cold air conditioner, heater, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. This little beauty has a toilet and hot water shower as well! Toss a few changes of clothes in a bag and you’re ready to hit the road! Hello! We are Shawn and Melissa, the proud owners of Coastal Cutie. We got our RV to quelch Melissa's sense of adventure a bit. Shawn, on the other hand, is an RV pro having traveled in an RV with his son for several years. We live on the Gulf Coast of Florida (hence the Coastal Cutie) and we love nothing more than taking our RV to Fort Pickens and enjoying the white sand beaches. We are so grateful that we get to call this little slice of paradise home and we're thrilled to help you enjoy it too while vacationing in our Coastal Cutie. Happy Camping!

4. Here's the rules:
The following activities will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit:
Smoking-cigarettes and marijuana
Vaping-nicotine and THC
Pets - no pets are allowed. Period.
Cleaning:
The RV must be returned in the condition you received it in. Cleaning supplies are provided to make it super simple. If the RV is not returned in an acceptable condition, there will be a $250 cleaning fee. We will inspect the RV together upon return.
Pickup/Drop Off:
Be prepared for up to 30 minutes for orientation at pickup and up to 30 minutes for inspection at return. Early departure/late return can be arranged as an add-on.
Dumping:
If the tanks need to be dumped upon return, there will be a $100 dump fee.
Lost Keys:
Lost keys will result in a fee of $100 per key, there's 3 keys on the key ring...DON'T LOSE THE KEYS!
Location:
No festivals
No tailgating
When you make your booking tell us if you think giraffes eat peanut butter sandwiches. We think they do because they're constantly licking their lips.
